    I have exactly the same problem. I tried installation proccess in Opera 9, IE6, IE7, FF2, FF3. Unfortunately it doesn't work.

    Can you click the "Proceed" button at the end? If not, can you view source and post it here (removing any sensitive information that you don't want posted) or email it to me?

    Nothing happend - when I click on "proceed"

    But my solution is:
    I've created all tables manually!! Then reinstall.
    And now - it works.
