General Support: Plogger not generating thumbs or applying CSS - SOLVED

NEVER MIND - I FIGURED IT OUT USING THE OTHER RECENT POSTS

I got through my installation problem and now ALMOST have a functioning site. When I look at my gallery, I essentially see the various elements on the page, but there are those little "x" placeholder boxes from the browser where there should be thumbnails and other graphics. Also, it is a bare, unformatted, html page (no evidence of styling).

Could the following be part of the problem? When my first install didn't work, I deleted everything and tried a second installation. That seemed to work better, but plogger became confused about something... Upon second install, it assigned a new admin password, BUT it's really still the original pw that works to get me into the admin panel. The more-recent pw doesn't get me in.
