For what ever reason I can't seem to get plogger to accept certain JPG's even though they're from the exact same scanner (source). When I FTP'd to the server it showed the files in there fine and when I went to manage in administration all but a few specific photos showed up after clicking manage with a few giving a
Error 500 - Internal server error An internal server error has occured! Please try again later.
I tried the browse function to get those JPG's and again the same error showed with the pictures not visible. I tried renaming them to see if it was redundancy and again it wasn't the file name. I went into Gimp and resaved the file type to JPG and again it still didn't make a difference with the server to insure it wasn't file type. Fresh install and again the same files produce the very same issue.
Has anyone noticed a problem with certain pics (JPG's) being rejected by Plogger regardless of file size?
What might cause plogger to reject photos when their file format is JPG and only around 600KB?
I noticed that when those certain photos didn't show up in the gallery it still left the file name of them at the top of the page. When I go into Manage in the administration panel to go try to delete them I get a

I went back in to try to re-upload the same file that's missing and it gives me the same error on the next page. I click refresh and it says
"Make sure to CHMOD 777 your newly created folders within the uploads directory or else Plogger cannot access them. Plogger cannot CHMOD the directory for you while PHP is in safe mode. "
