General Support: Tumbnails don't show up

Just look at this:

When i installed my Plogger, everything worked well, but now...

The tumbnail don't show up, and when you refresh, they do.
And when you want to see the photo, there is a warning:

I've already uploaded the original gallery.php file, but it didn't help.
The tumbnails are in the map tumbs...

Another problem too, the uploader doesn't work well...
When i want to upload a image, nothing is unusual, only the text:
Your photo (filename.jpg) was uploaded successfully. doesn't show up, and the image isn't uploaded to.
Sometimes he works well, very strange :S

I hope someone can help me...
Or know wich files i've to reupload...

Isn't anyone who knows this issue

i've even reinstalled plogger, but i is stil not working!

is there a way to let it work good, whit PHP safe_mode on?
