    Hello,
    I'm quite exiting about the Beta3 and would like to know if:

    - you have any idea when the version will be released (weeks, 1 month, 3 months, more?)
    - what are the new functionnalities that we will find in the Beta3 (multiple users, protected folders, watermarking?)

    Here is what we have so far:

    • Support for themes, bunch of themes are included.
    • Upload zip files with images

    • Bundled phpThumb was upgraded to 1.6.2 (fixes some bugs with thumbnails)
    • ticket 104 - use move_uploaded_file() for uploaded files to overcome permission problems in safe_mode
    • Pictures now have a longer description field besides the caption
    • ticket 63 - if dimensions of uploaded/imported image are smaller than those of requested thumbnail, then the original image is copied in place of the thumbnail.
    • Better handling for file paths, it is now possible to include plogger gallery.php from another directory
    • XML generation engine for creating custom Plogger components
    • Basic comment Moderation
    • Use AJAX to speed up import functionality.
    • Thumbnail navigation in templates
    • Unlink large photo from gallery
    • Lots of bug fixes and interface improvements


    The following MAY make it in before next release

    • Multi user support
    • Integrated Watermarking
    • Support for language localization
    • Anything else I forgot..


    Release date: Next couple months maybe.

    integrated watermarking would be nice, i've fiddled with it and a couple of people whom i have installed plogger for would love to have control over their own watermarking (they are the coding types) even though its quite simple, as was in another thred, nice list of updates :)
