General Support: Zip problem

Got the program working and I'm getting zipped downloads but it seems that what is downloaded is not a real (legitimate) zip file. Everytime I get a zip file downand unzip it, it contains the proper directory structure but does not contain the files I selected (it contains only one file and that file, itself, does not appear to work as a zip)

Any ideas? Am I the only one to have seen this or has anyone else seen this? And if you have, how did you go about fixing it?
