Quite a few people asked for that feature, so I implemented it - there is now a new option "Generated intermediate pictures", set to "on" by default.
If turned off, then no intermediate pictures will be created, the original image is used everywhere instead of that intermediate picture. This is useful, if you resize images before uploading them to Plogger.
On the trac page it says "If you are testing the latest nightly,...". How can I download that nightly? The only way I can think of right now is downloading each file seperately.
Mike said somewhere on this forum he was hoping for the end of the year. But of course that was just an estimate. But what would be nice is a small list of what new things we could expect. I know they are working on some new features.
This is quite an old thread - so please excuse me for just barging in.... I was wondering if I could make a feature request? Would it be possible to have a checkbox in Beta 3 that causes Plogger to use the intermediate image as the main pic? i.e. Discard the original? I have limited diskspace with my hosting provider and I don't need to store the full pic on my site anyway. You might be wondering why I don't just resize the image before I upload it....Well, I'm on the road a bit, and most internet cafes don't have the software to do that, so uploading a few meg then discarding it works best for me.
