I have been a silent follower of plogger, I am just about done with my website, I have more galleries to add, and a few pages to finalize. I just wanted opinions on the looks of the site. i don't know how to do HTML or any web languages, so be kind :).
Marcos, I like it =) It is clean and simple and to the point. My only suggestions at this point would be to recompress your logo from the original source, it looks a bit grainy. Also, you can replace that garish RSS button by simply overwriting rss.gif in the Plogger graphics folder. There is a tool to create them here (http://www.feedforall.com/public/rss-graphic-tool.htm). Maybe you can find a darker one that better matches your dark color scheme.
For your first website, this isn't bad. However, the one major problem is the lack of style sheet. If you are serious about creating web sites (or even just messing around =P), I suggest you learn a thing or two about standards based design. It will make the process much easier and much more maintainable in the future.

I love the panaramic pictures, makes the site look different and interesting.
With regards to the RSS icon, there is a push to move towards a standard icon to show RSS feeds from websites. You can download the icon from http://feedicons.com/ and as Mike suggests, just replace the rss.gif file already in plogger. Standards or not, I think the orange logo at feedicons would look very attractive on your black background.
Awsome, would love to know how is it that you disabled the link on the larger thumbnail; the one that allows users to go to the actual raw image. Can you share which file(s) you had to edit and where?
I haven't done a lot to plogger, but once you get use to the layout its fairly easy to remove/add/customise its layout, you just gotta try for yourself once you've had a few pointers.
