I recently designed a website for a client and used Plogger so that they could upload their own photos to their gallery without having to hassle me. From my workstation, with a 50/50MB fibre line, I can upload photos to my web server nearly instanty. From their location, which uses a 3MB connection with only 768k up, it takes substantially longer. For a while I've just been blaming their slow upload connection, because it made the most sense. However, I currently have their workstation in my facility for service, and the customer requested that I attempt an upload using our connection. Oddly enough, the IE progress bar takes about five minutes to go halfway, then everything stops. However, from my workstation everything is normal/instant. Any insight?
