General Support: admin panel "Manage" pagination 404 error

When viewing images inside an album under the Manage tab, I receive a 404 error for any pagination beyond the first page.

When I click to go to the second page (or any page beyond the first), the URL does this:

http://www.mysite.com/plog-adminplog-admin/plog-manage.php?level=pictures&id=6&plog_page=2

I don't know if it happens when going through collections or albums, because I don't have enough of either to need pagination yet.

I have been working around by using the drop-down menu to change the number of images displayed on the first page, but I don't know how to file a bug report.
