Installation: Trying installation & am stuck on page that has the install button

    I have went thru the steps in the install section and on my site http://www.onlinetshirtgallery.com/plogger/plog-admin/_install.php
    it won't do anything when I click the install button. I downloaded the install.php and put in the the plogger directory.
    This is new to me and I am not sure what to do now.
