General Support: path not readable/writable by the web server

    I go to the director with Plogger in it
    http://narea.carltonsara.com/fday/fd09/

    I click on _install.php and get
    "Plogger cannot be installed until the following problems are resolved:

    The path is not readable by the web server.
    The path is not writable by the web server."

    What does this mean what do I do next?
    I've set everything in these directories to "755" for read/write and I've added the My SQL infor to the "plog-config-sample.php" file

    Have you set the permissions on "fd09" to "755"?

    i hadn't checked, but the way i've had it set the last week (and some longer) is as

    WWW folder = 750
    narea folder = 755 (the subdomain)
    fday AND cgi-bin folders = 755
    fd09 folder = 755
    plog-admin AND plog-content AND plog-includes folders and all files = 755
