    Hi

    i want to add user upload form in my site http://www.fropker.com

    and need your help to customize same. it allow user to upload pictures for jpg, jpeg, gif, png extention images and also allow user to put picture title and description below the browse button same something like in admin panel.

    after upload thanks message comes on on same page.

    Can any one suggest how to do this with new version?
