General Support: Help Please with Plogger not displaying properly

Anyone that can help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. My site isn't used all that much, so I can't say exactly when this started happening, but it appears that all the text is pushed to the left-side of the page and non of the thumbnails or photo's are displayed. You can see this here:

I thought it was the layout I'm using since it doesn't exactly display right in Firefox or IE8, but the direct page from plogger shows the same:

I am running this webserver from my house so I've removed and re-installed php5 and rebooted the server. I ensured that the database looks to be fine - connection settings are right. I'm not exactly an expert at this type of stuff but I've tried to narrow this as much as i can and don't really know where else to turn. Any advice you guys can give would be very much appreciative.
