Hi there. I need a Plogger Pro to help me please. My host is telling me that my Plogger has been exploited because we can't CHMOD the upload directory I get this message when I try to upload a picture Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/scottmc/public_html/gallery/images/mcleods__projects/other/granite.JPG) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/scottmc/public_html/gallery/admin/plog-admin-functions.php on line 88
Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpf04ZFZ' to '/home/scottmc/public_html/gallery/images/mcleods__projects/other/granite.JPG' in /home/scottmc/public_html/gallery/admin/plog-admin-functions.php on line 88
.
Second, another client we can't get the lightbox to work. If you're a Plogger Pro, please help me. If I have to pay I will. I'm at a loss and losing clients. Thank you. Susan [at] SusanVette {dot] com
I do not think Plogger has been exploited. It just cannot move the files from your uploads folder due to insufficient permissions. If you cannot CHMOD the upload directory, download the files from it and then attempt to delete it via FTP. If that doesn't work, try to delete it via your website control panel (cPanel perhaps). if that still doesn't work, have your webhost delete the folder for you. Once it is deleted, just re-create the folder, CHMOD the permissions to 0777 (if needed), and re-upload the images from it for Importing.
Regarding Lightbox, can you provide a link to the site where it is not working? I assuming it's just a path issue (most common).
