    Hi Everyone

    I have just completed a fresh install of the latest version on a new database on a windows server and i get this error

    Warning: fopen(D:\Hosting\4374047\html\ploggerb3/plog-config.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\4374047\html\ploggerb3\lib\plogger\install_functions.php on line 426

    Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\4374047\html\ploggerb3\lib\plogger\install_functions.php on line 427

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\4374047\html\ploggerb3\lib\plogger\install_functions.php on line 428

    Setup is now complete

    Your username is admin and your password is `*****`

    when i click on proceed and go to the admin login it says i need to reinstall

    i did a install awhile back on a Linux machine with no problems, so any help would be appreciated.......thank you
