    Whenever I see instructions that say "takes 5 minutes" I instantly times that by 20 and then have the correct time it takes. I hit a wall during installation. I uploaded the files, went to the _instal.php and got this:

    "You don't have permission to access /ploggerb3/_install.php on this server."

    What do I do?

    I would recommend downloading the SVN code here and installing that version as it has better error reporting / handling for installation and upgrade. It *should* only take about 5 min. ;P
