    nike,

Can you check that your "Allow Full Picture Access" is checked in your Admin -> Options?

Or as a second thought, does your server have an "image protection" setting built in that doesn't allow direct access to pictures? I'd check with your web host on this if the first idea above is set to allow access to the full pic.

    nike,

I also notice that you have it installed as a sub-folder of Wordpress. What version of WP are you running? It could be that an .htaccess file or Wordpress setting is blocking to direct access to images under it.

    Nike -

You do realize that using older versions of both Plogger and WordPress leaves you vulnerable due to security issues that either program has.

You really should get both your gallery and your WordPress install updated to the latest versions to protect yourself from possibly being hacked.

    nike,

I really think it has to do with an .htaccess file somewhere blocking images from being directly linked. Do you have any .htaccess files that you can post the contents to the boards? Please indicate where they are located as well so we can determine what folders they are influencing. Also, if there are any passwords or any information you do not want to share from these files (there shouldn't be off-hand, but there may be), please edit out the parts you do not want to share, but let us know that you removed a line (since some .htaccess rules are based on skipping a number of lines after them).

Im having exactly the same problem please help. Allow Full Picture Access is Checked in my options and I have just asked my hosting company for their help and got this response:

Sorry, but it is not technical issue.
I advice you to confidure your script form admin's panel or update it.
Required files exist on the server but your scripts has wrong configuration, that's why you see error message.

I have the latest version of plogger so Im not sure what I have done wrong? Im still working on trying to get the styling right so please ignore that but if you can help me fix the 404 error id be really grateful: http://paulvickers.co.uk/ploggerb3/index.php
