General Support: Collections & albums

After setting up a new MySQL database and successfully running the installation script, I?ve now turned to trying to create a new collection and album. After clicking on the ?Manage? tab on the Administration page, I clicked on the ?Create a collection? button, then entered a collection name and description and clicked on the ?Add Collection? button. I then got the ?Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage ?Most likely causes:..? Clicking on the ?Upload? tab on the Administration page and trying to upload an image to the Plogger test collection gave me the same Internet Explorer message. Any help/guidance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
