    Hi there,

    I just downloaded the software, and uploaded everything to my FTP server. I am navigating to the _install.php file, but when i get there it's just a blank page.

    The installer doesn't start or anything, it's just all white. I've tried in IE and Mozilla, but makes no differance.

    Can you please help me find this out?
