General Support: Slideshow & admin panel errors out while building page

    Hello All!

    I'm having issues. (Actually I have a whole subscription!) My slideshow just stops building the page at a certain point, but only for one of my two albums. The other album works fine. When I look at the page source, its stopping while doing the print() of the javascript that builds the slideshow page. When I change the Sort criteria on the thumbnail display page, I find that it is building the page in the new sort sequence, but it stops at the same pic it did before. This makes me think there might be a problem with that photo, in the caption or description or filename or something. So I went into the admin panel, and when I try to display the album with the error, all I get is a blank page. Even the page source is blank.

    Is this a problem with plogger, or with my pics? Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this???

    Can you provide a link to both the album and the image that you are having problems with?

    The weirdest thing - the slideshow is working for that album now, but some of the individual photos (slideshow and thumbs) don't link to the full size version.

    Are you using Freehostia's free plan or a paid plan?

    The images that do not show full-size are linked directly to the main page on Freehostia's website. Have you checked via FTP to make sure that the original uploaded images are still in the folder plogger/images/photo_album_collection/family_pix? If not, please check that folder and make sure that all of the original (full-size) images are still there.

    The slideshow for that album worked fine for me.
