Installation: installation error

I have tried multiple attempts to reinstall plogger. I had a previous version but the file was accidentally deleted so I tried to reinstall in a new folder using plogger 3 binary.

I can get to the install successful or complete and where it says my name and password and when I hit the button proceed I get this message:

I am trying to make it fresh but I don't know how to make it so that it's new. I deleted the old file that was there but it's still recognizing the pictures that were in the old database. I am totally lost.
