General Support: Comment bug, please help!!

hello all,

ive installed plogger on my website and given it its own MySQL database (my site also has a forum, in a separate db).
everything seems to be working fine, except the commenting.
whenever i, or someone, fills out the form to comment on a picture i get a redirect error:

i cant figure out how to configure cookies from the admin panel, nor how to check for problems in the database (i ran a test from cpanel, thats about it)

i also cant find anyone else having this problem. please help!
