Hi, this is a German...plogger runs at localhost excellently, but after installing at servers by (different) service providers (installations without problems) are thumbs not displayed and so the pictures too. Uploads and imports are done without problems...all other functions work...the several databases include the uploaded or the imported files...what can I do...please help me...thanks!

    ploggerfriend,

Try checking the gallery URL in your Admin -> Options tab. All the thumbnails and pictures are generated off of this URL (which is saved in the database).

I am having the same problem. I can upload photos just fine, and they are there in the database- but on the page, the thumbs don't show up for some of the albums. There's nothing wrong with my url.

This just started happening 3 days ago for me. What's up??

I have 5 collections that should be showing up with thumbnails, but only 4 are being displayed on the page. Help!!

    ploggerfriend and Holly -

Can each of you provide a link to your gallery as well as the version of Plogger that you are using? The info will help us diagnose the issues with each install much easier.

Hi folks...at first excuse me for my only School-English...I'm very interested in all the discussions of this forum...may it be the reason of my problem was the servers of my providers didn't support php5 ? I found someone where php5 is running. Now plogger works...but there is surely a little problem yet...it only works correctly in the main folder of my webspace (all files after extracting the ploggerb3.zip uploaded there and installed) ...if I've uploaded and installed plogger in a own directory (I think it should be so...) the same problems there are...greetings...

Just wanted to let everyone know that Kim advised me to upgrade to the latest version of Plogger, and that has seemed to solve all the problems I was having. Thanks Kim!
