    Can somebody please tell me how to fix this?

    When I try to go to my gallery page, I get this....

    Plogger cannot connect to the database because: Too many connections

    Ok, so the problem went away on its own. Can anybody tell me what it was and why it went away on it's own? Is this something I can expect to happen with any regularity?

    It sounds like an issue with the mysql server your webhosting provider operates. You might check with them and see if they were having problems at that time.
