    It looks like you have safe_mode enabled on your server. Currently, the Beta 3.0 version of Plogger does not work with safe_mode enabled.
    However, you can download the current SVN trunk (the latest nightly build), which has a workaround for safe_mode (you'll have to do a fresh install). Please be aware that while the nightly build should be fairly stable right now, there may be some bugs that you run into.
