General Support: Hangs during upload

    Envrionment: Windows 2003 server, Apache 2.2.8, MySQL 5.0.51a, PHP 5.2.5 - installed via XAMPP 1.6.6a

    I have installed & configured Plogger 3 without problems, and I can create collections and albums without error.

    However, when I try to upload or import images, the browser "hangs". The server doesn't appear to be doing anything with PHP or Apache, but no other PHP scripts will run until I restart Apache.

    This occurs when I try to upload individual images, a ZIP of images, or any number of images in the /upload folder.

    Does anyone know a cause or a solution to this problem? Thanks.

    Line 168 - set safe_mode = On
