This is my first experience with Plogger and wow, it's a great package. But, the support is pretty inconsistant. I know it's free but if threre were a way to pay for it and get support I'd be all for it. Or purchase a supported version. It isn't a simple program so when things go wrong they aren't all the easy to debug. After the problem I had before this one I don't have any room for complaint as I had excellent help. In fact I've purchased programs with less than what I received from this forum. So why am I complaining this time around? I'm not, what I need to ask is if anyone knows of another place to ask technical questions or maybe more indepth documentation. I searched the Yahoo groups and there isn't one for Plogger. This is a program that has great possibilities.
Sorry you haven't received a quck response to your question, but for me it's been a holiday here in the US and I was visiting family and then I got sick. Plus, you only posted your original question 1 day ago so it doesn't seem that long to wait for a response, but maybe that's just me. I know it can be frustrating waiting for someone to respond to your question because you are working on it and want to get it done, but please know that we are trying our best (at least I know I am).
I sincerely know you are too. When I couldn't get Plogger to install the response times and support were terrific. All I was trying to say is this is a great product and should maybe be for sale so you'd have resources to hire more help. Again, you have a wonderful product here.
personally with scripts like this with understandably limited support, if i get stuck, i post up straight away on here, then go away and try and sort it myself. Give it a day or so of trying and by then you've either solved it yourself and can update your post, or someone has replied to help you out.
