Greetings fellow ploggers and mods and everyone else.

I have a question regarding the comments part of the gallery. I recently have been dealing with a yahoo at yahoo.com that has been spam-botting my comments. I upgraded to the v3 and enabled the 'security' image for posting to prevent botters, cept it didnt work. since my familiarity with php is limited, i know what I need to write to try to block specific domains, I dont know where to place that function.. could someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

The one theme I integrated it with as an example was "Lucid". If you copy the "comments.php" file in the theme folder from that theme to whatever theme you are using it should work. What kind of errors are you getting?

not any kind of errors. Just after implementing the comments.php into the default theme, the security image is now there, but this yahoo.com botter is still posting on the comments. was there some other file I was suppose to copy to the default theme?

I also noticed that when you do post a comment, firefox shows the following error. and if you back button. the comment posted, just didnt refresh the page correctly.

    ------------------------------------------------------
    The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
