I just up loaded to my server and went to _install.php as instructed......I see this in my browser

    * The path (./images) is not readable.
    * The path (./thumbs) is not readable.
    * The path (./uploads) is not readable.
    * The path /home/adultbik/public_html/plogger is not writable by the Web server.
    * The path is not writable by the Web server.
    * The path is not writable by the Web server.
    * The path is not writable by the Web server.

Why don't they just list all the files that need the permissions changed and to what.

    Help?

You don't need to change the permissions of any files, just the folders -- ./images, ./thumbs, ./uploads and the root of your installation ./

Try changing them to 755 ... if that doesn't work you may have to change them to 777.

also if you have anything in those directories already you might want to do the chmod -R option to get everything on the same page... on windows when you set security settings click the box saying "replace permissions on subfolders and files" <- says something close to that you can't miss it if you click on advanced in the ntfs security window.
